Freedom Faith Missionary Baptist Church and XLand Partners Inc. signed a three-year exclusive development and confidentiality agreement effective September 1, 2026.
The agreement covers approximately 8.602 acres at Hoover Avenue and State Route 49 in Trotwood, Montgomery County, Ohio.
What we are evaluating
Potential healthcare uses include rehabilitation, dialysis, infusion therapy, outpatient services, and medical offices. The final service mix has not been approved.
The church retains final approval over uses, operating partners, and definitive transactions. The agreement does not establish secured financing, approved construction, or an opening date.
